We provide free ground shipping within the continental United States/Canada for orders over $100. If your order amount is less than $100, a discounted shipping rate of $10 will apply to your order.
In the event an item is sold out, you will be notified by one of our account executives. Some items can be reordered and generally the turn around time for restocking can be 3-4 weeks. Some brands however may require 6-8 weeks as the products are often popular and must be crafted again.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! If your order is over $100, we are pleased to offer a special discounted rate of $15. If your order amount is less than $100, a discounted shipping rate of $30 will apply to your order.
Transit time to your country is usually 3-5 days, but it may take up to 10 days for you to receive your package depending on the time it takes the customs office in your country to clear your package.
While we do not collect any sales tax on orders shipped internationally, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs or duties imposed by the recipient’s country. Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package.
If a package is returned to Jaya&Co as 'un-deliverable' or due to an in-correct address, you will be responsible to pay $45 to re-send the package. If you refuse a package or the package is returned to sender, the full shipping cost paid by Jaya&Co will be deducted from your return, in addition to any other fees imposed by the shipping carrier to Jaya&Co..
3. What is your cancellation and return policy?
Jaya&Co strives to offer you high quality premium costume jewelry at reasonable prices. You may cancel your order within 24 hours upon placing for any reason. All of the designers that we work with produce high quality jewelry.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have seven (7) days for exchange or for store credit, with the exception of custom orders and sale items which cannot be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns on broken or cracked wood or resin items.
All earrings are non refundable due to hygenic reasons.
4. How do I care for the jewelry?
Jaya&Co. jewelry is handcrafted by artisans and is made upon order with materials available at the time. As such, no two pieces will ever look alike. Please handle with care and store in its own soft cloth pouch.
Some products may be delicate so please avoid excessive force to prevent cracking or breakage. If force is applied on the piece or falls on the ground, there is a possibility that the material will crack, break, or stones will get dislodged. We will not accept any returns if any of these events occur.
Please keep your products away from water and perfume. It is advised that you store them in a small velvet/cloth pouch. Keeping your product in a plastic container will help to ensure that you avoid any breakage in the storage process.
